About Us
IBFX Consulting was formed in 1999 as a joint venture between Infoboard, a web hosting and web application development company, and Ceonex, a web design company. That same year, Infoboard was merged into a publicly traded company (BiznessOnline, since sold to Veranet), and IBFX took on a seperate life of it's own.
Richard Frenkel,
one of the principles behind IBFX and the principle behind Infoboard, has been involved in application development for
over 2 decades. He worked as a systems development consultant or manager
for MIT, Polaroid, New England Life, and State Street Bank before
forming Infoboard in 1992. Infoboard provided Web Hosting and web application development had annual sales of about $1.2 million before the merger.
Theodore Agranat, the principle behind Ceonex, has extensive experience in Web Design, Useability, and Branding. He has also developed the Leadix hosted platform.
Other principle IBFX personnel include Nat Tuck, Rachit Agarwal, Roman Feldman,
and Eireann Kiley.
