Latest NewsJanuary 2008 IBFX Consulting finalizes plans to merge with Ceonex - a Web Design company also offering the hosted Leadix platform. The combined company will offer fully integrated solutions under the IBFX Consulting parent. November 2007 IBFX Consulting is granted a GSA contract and is pre-approved to offer services to Federal Government buyers IBFX Consulting is chosen to program a social networking music site. Beta expected 2/1/2008. Watch this space! April, 2007 The US Army Corps of Engeneers, New England District, renews IBFX's contract for systems development and consulting for an additional year. March, 2007 IBFX submits a patent application for an email authenrtication method developed in house. A Linux based prototype is succesfully tested. For the US Army Corps of Engineers we install the Time and Attendance System in the Philadelphia District. October, 2006 IBFX helps design the Sharepoint implementation for USACE, New England District, and builds several custom Web Parts to enhance the portal and collaborative sites. April, 2006 We put into production the first version of a Time and Attendance System for the USACE, New England District. The system came in under budget. February, 2005 The Army Corps of Engineers, North Atlantic Division, renews IBFX's contract for custom systems development for an additional year. Systems developed include Help Desk, Project Tracking, Visitor Scheduling and Security, and Vehicle Reservation. February, 2004 IBFX performs systems integration, systems development, and network services under contract to the Army Corps of Engineers. Extensive systems work in ASP.Net using C# and various databases. July - August, 2003 Ceonex is invited to bid on an RFP for ISO-NE, the regional independent electric power system operator. The RFP is for a complete overhaul of the ISO's web site and it's backend integration. IBFX partners with Ceonex to produce the proposal.

We received a 94% or better on all the response areas which include RELIABILITY, COST,ORDER ACCURACY, DELIVERY/TIMELINESS, QUALITY, BUSINESS RELATIONS, PERSONNEL, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, and RESPONSIVENESS. We'd like to point in particular to timeliness, reliability, and responsiveness, since we feel these are not universal qualities in software development. Please contact us for a copy of the ratings report. PersonnelThe highest rating we achieved (99%) in the OpenRatings survey was for personnel. At IBFX your project will always be overseen by a senior consultant with very extensive experience. Your Project Manager will be responsible for the requirements document, ongoing communication, and managing the programming of the system. We are also proud of our programming staff. As any good programming manager can tell you, programmers differ widely in their productivity and ability to interpret requirements.
